Present](https://www.humanizeit.biz/mpd-help-877#present) ## Getting Started ### 2020Q1 Update on the Legacy Plans We have updated the MPD to include an individual plan for the Personal Legacy Plan and an individual plan for the Business Legacy Plan. Previously those plans were listed in 1 combined widget. We needed to separate them to align with our planning structure. You will now be able to add tasks for each individual legacy plan. ### What to do? If you did use the Combined Personal/Business Legacy Plan Widget in your MPD, and copied your plan information to that widget, you are able to move the data to the NEW individual plan(s) and delete the combined plan widget, OR you have the option to keep your combined widget as it is. ### How to Delete the Personal/Business Legacy Plan Widget? Step Back - Review and set next steps for your Plans 2. Assess - Complete and Send the Health Assessments 3. Reflect - Answer the questions to be prepared for the planning 4. Plan - Set your goals for the quarter 5. Present - Perform an engaging Quarterly Business Review with your group   #### **How To: Access Your MPD?** The [new MPD](https://mpd.connectwise.com/) does not need a Group Account. You have a full control over your own personal data. Your MPD is associated to your user account. Your MPD is confidential and even other users that you granted access to your account will not have access to your MPD.   1. Log in to your company account at [https://mpd.connectwise.com/](https://tool.managedservicesplatform.com/#/academy/meetings) 2. After Logging in **your company name** should be visible on the top right-hand side corner 3. Click on the IT Nation Member Performance Dashboard to begin completing your MPD in 5 easy steps   ## 1. Step Back Review and set next steps for your Plans ![11583](https://www.managedservicesplatform.com/hubfs/11583.png "11583") #### How To: Use The Tasks Function For Creating Your Next Steps Your **Next Steps** about your plans will be presented in the MPD's Dashboard 1. Locate the ***"1. Planning for Success - Set next steps for your Life Plan"*** Widget below 2. Hover the header of the widget and toggle tasks icon and a popup window will open 3. Click the drop-down for creating a new task which will be your Next Step regarding the plan 4. Complete the fields and after saving it will populate the Next Steps section on your MPD 5. You can add new tasks and edit or delete tasks by using the tasks icon in the header   ![IT Nation Evolve - Life Plan](https://www.msp.app/hubfs/image-4.png)   If you want to remove a next step from your MPD just remove the task. You can use the Content Widget's Rich Text Editor with the pre-built templates 2. Click inside the Widget to open for edit 3. You can use the Content Widget's Rich Text Editor to paste your Word Plans and edit afterwards 2. Go to MS Word and select the table with the plan and copy to your clipboard 3. Click inside the Widget to open for edit 4. Paste the content from the clipboard and on the modal screen choose "Keep" to keep the original formatting 5. These require dedicated time and take longer Note: If you had no data in Q2 you will see these fields blank for the previous quarter - Locate the "4.
