I needed help – and couldn't get the answers I needed. After opening a company's website, hoping to find a solution to my problems, I was not only confused but felt frustrated and angry. I even got up and walked out of some meetings with those very companies.

I leverage my experience as an IT buyer of MSP services as well as a former software company President selling IT solutions to help my clients attract their ideal customers, increase sales, and grow their business.
I am also a business partner with my mentor and leadership expert, John C. Maxwell. I am an Executive Director with the John Maxwell Team and serve on his President's Advisory Council. My 40 years of leadership experience prepared me to help guide entrepreneurs and business professionals to become world-class leaders and equip them with practical advice and solutions to grow their business and develop world-class organizations.
A regular industry speaker noted author and thought leader I present at national and international industry conferences. In 2014 I was inducted into the Association for Intelligent Information Management (AIIM.org) Company of Fellows to recognize my expertise in the field of information management.
I have a Master's degree in Computer Science and Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida, and I'm a retired Naval Aviator and former Navy Chief Information Officer who loves to cook, travel, and help others succeed.
